Welcome to Spiritually Fit Yoga! This episode is a live recording of my Yoga for Strength and Grace class on the Insight Timer app. This recording starts with the introduction of the Letting Go theme, quoting from The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer.
Optional props: blanket and blocks, as needed.
This is a slow vinyasa class holding each posture 5-10 ujjayi breaths, breathing in and out thru the nostrils. This sequence strengthens and stretches the legs, core, and arms. The class ends with hip openers in lizard poze and a final savasana. You will be invited to bring grace into your practice by honoring your body, modifying as you need, and accepting your body, mind, and practice with love and compassion.
