  • Gita Trevorrow-Seymour: Leadership Resilience Coach & Founder of High Definition You
Gita's childhood aspirations to become an Oscar-winning actress perhaps portrayed early signs of an open-mindedness of spirit and the glorious idea of possibility. Her positive outlook was repeatedly remarked upon by her peers during a 15-year banking career in London, a positivity which helped this Australian born "neuroscience nerd" overcome Imposter Syndrome and a life-threatening condition to become a mindset and performance coach.
A mission to create one billion "possibilists" has come from her understanding that destiny evolves and that success lies in choosing what to give meaning to among our constantly running thought processes.
    Some questions I ask:
What is your mission to create one billion 'possibilists'?
If you understand that feelings create thoughts, do you then have agency over how you feel?
When meditating, should we allow our thought processes to keep running?
Is it typical for people to feel that they need qualifications to speak to their genius?
In this episode, you will learn:
Focussing on possibilities gives greater value than focussing on trying to remain positive
Confidence is another myth we are being constantly fed and feeling the need for external validation is outsourcing our wellbeing
Feelings come from our thinking so we should observe the velocity of this thinking while maintaining our true thoughts
Our brains cannot process negatives: we can't NOT think about pink elephants without thinking about pink elephants
The importance of separating what is a fact and what is a belief
    Gita's 3 gems:
Gratitude will save you when you feel everything is out of control
Perfectionism is a myth – don't become a slave to it
Everything is possible. Quieten your mind and listen to your inner wisdom for you to create in this world like nobody else will

  • Kate Law: Nutritionist, Sports Scientist & Founder of The Food Boss
Kate Law, Nutritionist known as The Food Boss, says, “Talk to yourself like your best friend. It will feel weird but you'll get used to it.”
I’m a firm believer that in life, you get out what you put in. But now with everyone working at home and our kitchen being the canteen, how can we set ourselves up to give our body and mind what they need, and not just spend the day raiding the tuck shop? No-fad nutrition consultant Kate shares her insights and some great tips.
    Some questions I ask:
How can we achieve work-life balance when working from home?
Covid has freed up some time – no commute, no water cooler chat. But what do we do with it?
How do we set up our food environment so we don’t mindlessly snack on rubbish all day?
Often people have to hit rock bottom to want to change things. How can people feel motivated to change things before they get to that point?
In this episode, you will learn:
If you want something to change, you have to make it a priority.
Get a good night’s sleep and you’ll make better food choices. You won’t get decision fatigue.
Try not to eat when you’re distracted. Even 5 or 10 minutes will give you a mindful lunch.
Diarise it, and it’s more likely to happen. So, schedule in lunch, a walk...something you love.
    Kate's 3 gems:
    Move
    Eat
Do something you love – every day

  • Nicole Bremner: Investor, Podcaster, Author, Speaker & Founder of East Eight Property Development
Nicole and I first met many moons ago when we were both fledgling online business owners in a pre-social media world.
A few years and three children each later, and after dipping her creative toe into a renovation project on a house, she realised that property development was her passion.
Through channelling her resourcefulness and trips to endless building sites, sometimes with a baby strapped to her back, Nicole gradually built up a portfolio worth millions – an experience she has written about in her best-selling book Bricking It.
Personal and professional setbacks have been a source of learning which she shares both through her podcast and as a speaker.
    Some questions I ask:
Did you ever truly believe that you would start a property business and become a millionaire?
How did you take your foot off the entrepreneurial pedal when you had children?
Do you feel you have agency over your future despite uncertain times?
Would you recommend women going into business entrepreneurship in the property market?
In this episode, you will learn:
Women are given the false hope that they can have everything but a compromise is always needed somewhere
There is a huge gap in advice for those going through the child-rearing phase within a marriage
Good use of social media shows other women what is possible – there is comfort in other people's reality
Nicole's new book "How to Lose Millions in Property" was written to highlight the realities in the world of property
    Nicole's 3 gems:
Treat every person with kindness and respect, as though they might be your next best client
Life is a marathon not a sprint
To be successful, all you have to do is finish

  • Janey Holliday: Mindset & Women's Business Coach
Janey Holiday has spent the past 20 years helping women to improve their mindset and their health. A degree in International Relations led to a brief spell working for the government and in the corporate world, both of which quickly dispelled any notion she had to work for anyone other than herself. Reaching rock bottom, both financially and on a personal level, her epiphany moment came at a fitness class when she completely recast her life and became a personal trainer. Her boot camp program, Fit for a Princess, grew exponentially and proved that despite her lack of formal business training, learning from her own mistakes provided her with the answers she needed to succeed. Her BEST mindset program has been running for seven years and in response to this year's health crisis, she has now launched her BEST business program aimed at helping small businesses run by women.
    Some questions I ask:
What should you do to change your mindset when you are in a dark place?
How do you deal with someone who is trying to sabotage your life?
Describe how your BEST program helps women to be their greatest and most authentic selves?
What drove you to become an entrepreneur at such a young age?
In this episode, you will learn:
There is no such thing as right or wrong, just belief systems and values
The only person who can make yourself stressed is you – learn to detach and disassociate
Mirroring is a confidence tool whereby you act in a such a way that implies you have already succeeded
The definition of inspire: to breathe life into
Embrace plot twists in your life as they can lead you to better places
    Janey’s 3 gems:
Give yourself permission to create the life you want and which makes you feel good
Never worry about what other people think about you – it isn't your business
Be kind to yourself. Show self-compassion and give yourself permission to be imperfect

Life in a COVID world is tougher than ever. We need to take a stand for the vulnerable and that means doing more, not less – but how can we do it without burning out? This amazing woman has set up One of Many to support women make a difference in this world, alongside their roles as leaders, carers, sisters and friends.

Success doesn’t happen overnight. It’s all about the work you put in.
Your body always points true north. It tells you what it needs.
COVID has highlighted the inequity in society. We have to make a stand for vulnerable people, and it can’t wait until we ourselves have recovered. We need to do it in parallel - without burning out.
    Jo’s 4 pillars
Fulfilment – we need something that brings meaning to our lives.
Relationships – we need that connection.
Wealth and the ability to handle money.
Vitality – we can’t do it if we’re burned out.
And the 5th emergency pillar: your network.
Jo says as long as you’ve got three stable pillars, or two plus a good network, then you’re good!
