Is it possible to live "la dolce vita" without leaving your local geography? During my coffee deliveries today I had a serendipitous encounter with two guys, one from France and another from Poland who were complaining about American quality of life. What happened next shifted both of their perspectives on what it means to live in a European state of mind.

Questions to ponder:

• Is it possible to live "la dolce vita" every day of your life?
• What do you do different when you're on vacation vs when you're home?
• How much time do you spend in distraction, doing things that subtract from your life, rather than add value (social media, calling friends with no purpose, consumption of food/beverages)?
• What can you do today to make times for the things you enjoy, so that you can start enjoying life even more?
