Have you ever wondered how professional athletes preserve their bodies to withstand the stresses of the season, year after year?
This week on the podcast, I'm joined by Jack Friesen, Physical Therapist for the 2023 NBA Champions Denver Nuggets. He reveals longevity secrets for high-performing athletes, offering tips, advice, and insights for a successful, healthy sports career.
Dr. Friesen (DPT, PT, SCS, CSCS) boasts an impressive sports and sports medicine background, including work with the New England Patriots, US Women's Hockey Team, Howard Head, and Denver University.
