Danny is the Founder & CEO of Griffin Realty Group, a residential real estate brokerage in Boston and Cape Cod, Massachusetts. He was an experienced investor and commercial developer before becoming a licensed real estate agent in 1999 for Realty Executives, where he became the #7 agent worldwide and then went on to found Danny Griffin Real Estate, now known as The Griffin Realty Group | The Griffin. Danny is also a coach and trainer for his coaching program, The Realty Classroom, where he teaches top-producing agents on how to systemize their business.

Danny’s system for selling properties quickly during the Great Recession landed him an 8-episode TV  (along with his brother John) of A&E’s 60 Seconds To Sell, which featured his unique approach to selling residential homes during the recession. Danny realized that the highest calling in life is to serve others. This philosophy permeates through all of his personal and business activities.

On episode 12, I interview my good friend and Team Hoffmann Leader, Justin Hoffmann of Re/Max Realty 100 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Justin and his team of agents, known as Wisconsin’s #1 Real Estate Team, closes well over 300 deals each year. Justin started out in real estate 20 years ago, after his dream of becoming a professional boxer was put on hold. He knew the corporate world wasn’t for him, as he always had an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoyed sales. After selling his first house, he knew real estate was his calling!
