Anyone who wants to find gainful employment or grow a business needs to improve their skills. Anyone who has trouble succeeding because they set themselves up to fail and want to learn how to change their way of thinking so they can find success. If you are someone who puts unrealistic expectations on yourself you need to learn how to become more realistic in your thinking.

Today, is the reunion party for 40 years since gr5aduation from HS. If you look at the opportunities for women in the workplace then and the opportunities for women today, it is like night and day. The women of the Baby Boomer generation were part of the women rights movement which has opeed the doors to the opportunities of today.
Back then it was manual typewriters and carbon copies. Today, its computers with software, e-mail instead of snail mail, cell phones-smart phones instead of land lines.
What we know of today as a common way of life was considered science fiction. People just repeated the things they learned from the home they came from, today, with all the information and openness about bad habits and behaviors you can make positive changes in your personal life to find the success you deserve to have.
