My guest this week is Elisa Di Napoli, an artist, coach, hypnotherapist and multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriter.
In addition, she is the best-selling author of the book, online course, and podcast Dare to Be Seen which helps artists command the stage, magnify their presence, and defeat stage nerves.
Also, under the name Elyssa Vulpes, she has produced 12 albums of original music.
Elisa believes that coaching is about empowering you to get clear on goals and setting up strategies that help you achieve them. Holistic life coaching is about stopping letting excuses get in the way and eliminating the roadblocks to success so you can get the career you always wanted.
To her credit, in 2021 she was awarded the Top Coach award from the Coach Foundation, Top 3 Hypnotherapy in Edinburgh and has developed intuitive strategies that work to help her clients.
You are encouraged to book a free discovery call from her website to learn more.
Elisa had this to say, “Just remember the world needs your particular type of light.”

Marigene Kowalski (nee La Sala) had been collecting anecdotes and short stories about family members for 10 years. She successfully put them all together in an enjoyable, nostalgic, often amusing collection called “Airport Socks”, an idea that came to her as a way to preserve memories of family and friends, especially for her grandson, Nicholas, the next generation. She lives in New Jersey with her husband, Gene.

I was drawn to the content of this book, a relationship between two high school sweethearts who meet in their senior years. It’s beautiful written, and I loved interviewing Walter Bennett
He’s is a writer and former lawyer, judge and law professor residing in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and is a native of Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
His first novel, Leaving Tuscaloosa, won the Alabama Author’s Award, and was a finalist for the PEN/Bellwether Prize for Socially Engaged Fiction and the Crook’s Corner Book Prize for debut novels set in the American South. He has published short fiction and essays in both print and online journals, including Blackbird, The Courtland Review, Eclipse and Voices.
Synopsis of The First Last Kiss:
Ace Sinclair, now in his seventies, has one eye on a hurricane churning up from the south and the other on his old high school sweetheart, J’nelle Reade, whom he has invited to his Outer Banks beach house for a sentimental journey into their pasts. But the past is with them more than they know, and they are soon pulled into a haunting search among old memories for betrayals, mistakes, missed chances and ultimately the hard truths of their lives. As a dangerous hurricane turns in the Atlantic and heads their way, time runs short, and they must choose between the tidal pull of old dreams and the future’s wide unknown.

Wonder how to support indie musicians?
When you see or hear something you appreciate, click “like”, “share” with someone else and/or “follow” or “pre-save” a song or add it to your playlist in your Spotify. It costs nothing.
All of that boosts their ratings and helps gain visibility.
Of course, if you really like the song, buy it!!
