He completed the Carten100 a cycle ride from Cardiff to Tenby 100 miles, and before you ask! Yes, he completed it in and handcycle and used only his arms. 

Retired Welsh wheelchair rugby player, current Cardiff Met Archers wheelchair basket ball player and will soon be joining his team in the national play offs in may and as well as all that he is the only disabled squash player in the world registered with a lower body disability and competes against able players both locally and internationally.

Ladies and gent this is a story well worth listing to, Inspiring as well as motivational but mostly it is real, this is one guy living his life how he knows best.
