A black belt in Six Sigma, Steve is the project management and systems expert. Steve is also co-host of PPN St Pancras.

David Clouter - David is a property millionaire, mentor, Cambridge University graduate and former BBC broadcaster. David became an accidental landlord more than 35 years ago. Since then, he has successfully used many different strategies on his property journey, including HMOs, serviced accommodation and even hotels!!
