I had an emotion moment this morning. It all started because I realized that I hate being hungry. (#HealthJourneyWoes 🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️😂). She opened the door for me to let a lot that I had pent up emotionally that I didn’t even realize was there. I wanted to share what my takeaways were from the discussion.
