Can you believe this is the final episode of season 1?
In today's episode, I am sharing why you should stop downplaying your abilities and step into a higher version of yourself. We tend to lack the confidence to do things based on past experiences. What if you could change all this? Imagine what your life would be like when you start acting like the leader you were meant to be. I am encouraging you to pay attention to the things that trigger fear and self-doubt. How can you reduce them? It is my hope that this episode will serve as a reminder that you are so credible. Start believing it. Happy listening.

In today's, episode, I will be sharing some lessons I learned thus far in my 30s. These are a combination of life experiences, business, family and just inner work. I'd like to say it's 33-list that every Millennial should listen to. These were some of the biggest takeaways I found. They were created for the person who is being too hard on themselves, for the single mother, for the socially awkward, for the lonely nights, for the unhappy employee, for a depressed friend, and for the woman who feels like she is not loved. I truly hope it brings you some comfort as you listen. Feel free to reach out to let me know which one you resonated with the most.

Sometimes, when things aren’t going exactly as we plan we get discouraged, throw ourselves a pity party, and start playing the victim. In today's episode, Merlinda shares what it means to accept where you are as you work on improving your situation. Many of us go through life hoping to avoid hardships and discomfort but these very same situations may be intended to teach us a lesson.
Listen and let us know which parts resonated with you.

Let's talk about not having enough time. One thing is certain. If you do not believe something is possible for you it’s not. Thus, if you keep thinking that you do not have time - that’s what you’re gonna get - less time
Time management is such a popular topic and there is so much talk about it. However, it's not as easy as it sounds. It requires mind management and discipline. In today's episode, I shared why you should stop saying "I don't have enough time" and what habits you can adopt to get more done. It's simple but also challenging.

In this episode, I engrossed in the intricacies of employee mindset and what it takes to transition into a new mode of thinking like an entrepreneur. This is not a simple shift, it takes emotional and spiritual strength to truly step out of a system where everything is already laid out for you to make independent decisions and be responsible for your own success and/or failure.

I want to help you change how you view money. Everyone has a money story. They hold thoughts about money and what it means to them. In today's episode, I discuss your money mindset and how you can change your beliefs about money. Money is energy so if you operate with a negative thought pattern about money - you can block the money that flows into your life.
