Changing things up to 15mins every other day for me to talk to you goodness. :)

This is basically a quick recap of me and what I do. Quick as in the whole episode is was used lol. Reason being, this episode taped as a video of me standing up and talking with you all. A little different from the other format. Basically I didn't know what to say so I talk about myself. :)

So this week hasn't been the best of my weeks. Had to rest up because of a little problem which set me back. Remember that recovery is key and that you can't speed through recovery. I also talk a little about my current process with music as well as anything and everything. I'll be honest, things are still a little weird at the moment because I don't know what I'm doing yet. That'll probably be the theme for Season 1.

Episode is still weird and I ain't got nothing to really show. I got some projects coming up. A snippet of a song I want to post at this week. Mostly just more rants and good times? :) No real direction with this one.

This is the first of many more podcast episodes I want to do. A little about myself and also a little bit of everything. I'm here to talk about stuff relating to my interests and rant about life and goals!
