Our relationship with God is eternal, not temporary. We don’t turn our Christianity on and off like a light switch. Our hope is not in this world, but our hope is in our eternal Savior Jesus Christ. To live a fulfilling life we must keep our eyes on the eternal things. There is no lasting hope in temporary things. Our faith must be built on Christ many people have temporary faith in Christ because they have set their lives on temporary things.
