You are what you eat. Have you ever heard that before? While that can be taken quite literal, today I’d like to think about it in a generic state around health. I asked my daughter what I should talk about today on the show and she said I should talk to people about living a healthy life because that’s what I love so much.
Man a girl after my own heart. ;-)
So here we go: 9 ways to Live a Healthier Life!
1. Plan your meals around your life.
2. Plate your meals backwards
3. Put food away after everyone is served.
4. Drink more water
5. Chew more, be mindful of food.
6. Semantics matters “healthy” & less healthy vs good and bad
7. For every hour you sit, you should sweat for 5 min
8. Spend 15 min in personal development each day.
9. Increase your sleep
10. Break these goals into bite size pieces.
