James Hammon approaches life with a "No Regrets" mentality. Driven by his role as a father and grandfather, this down-to-earth gentleman raised kids that served in the Coast Guard, Marines and the Army. As a step dad, he took his role as father seriously and shares some of the lessons he learned as a young father that are timeless and important for all parents.  James shares with us the lessons he has learned in losing a child and taking advantage of every opportunity with our kids. 

Whether it be living your life with full integrity or communicating in an upfront manner, this episode takes these ideas and delivers them in a way that only a true gentleman could.
