Nicole is recently certified through TTI in SmartRev as a CRO (Chief Revenue Officer). This complements her skills in interpersonal communication, employee development/coaching, decision making and problem solving that will support others to "Live a Revenue Culture". She is working toward an MBA focused on Organizational Leadership. She and her partner recently launched a new company called “Uncovered Revenue” which combines her passion for developing relationships that encourage strong team culture and provide a platform to leverage individual strengths creating a "Revenue Culture".
