In this episode Jess dives into her relationship with Zak, the Masai wariour she fell in love with from Africa, the birth of her son Joshyua and how she felt her relationship with Zak was the ending or a karmic connection.

Jess shares how she had to move through the guilt of not giving Josh the "perfect family" and the realisation that there wasn't a knight in shining armour coming to rescue her. She had to rescue and save herself.

She shares how her incredible husband of 10 years, Alex came into her life after she saved herself and shares more about the beautiful life she has created with him.
