Day 3 of the Mile a day, and today we talk about my favorite marvel movie of all time! Spoiler warning if you haven’t gotten a chance to see it yet. If you are MCU fan as well, let’s be friends because I love talking Marvel! Hope you enjoy! See ya tmrw!

  • Walk & Talk: Mile-a-day / Podcast Status / Lord of the Rings

So I got called out to do the Mile a Day challenge by Jurell, despite the cold whether & snow. I had to take the challenge cause my excuse was pretty lame. But I decided I was going to finally start doing these little more candid solo bonus podcasts that I’ve been wanting to do while walking the mile. I wanted this little bonus pods to be a bit more candid and less produced, and a place were I can talk about whatever, especially because I don’t have as much free time to do the regular episodes consistently with baby girl coming soon.  So with that being said, I hope yall enjoy this new little bonus pod thing we are trying out! This first week of the challenge I’m gunna try to do it everyday I walk! So look out for more! Oh, and sorry in advance for my labored breathing lol

  • 87: Marriage Advice From Husbands For Everyone (with My Groomsmen!)

This was recorded the night before my wedding back in April and I finally got to edit it.  This podcast is long but filled with so much great advice and examples of what good husbands look like. In an AirBnB with all my groomsmen and other friends, the married men of my wedding party share some of their insight from their experience of being married.  Now, this episode may seem directed to men, but this advice shared is truly for everyone. We hope you enjoy it!

  • 84: A Lesson of Healing & Identity from Wandavision

Many of us have seen Marvel's first Disney+ TV series: Wandavision, and it did not disappoint! There were some heavy lessons of grief, healing, and identity all over the series in the guise of a superhero, reality-bending tv show.  As a big Marvel / MCU fan, I loved every minute of this show, and the deeper life lessons were a bit of a treat I did not expect! Listen in to Myself and our writer, Jessica Strub, break down our favorite parts of the series, and our biggest takeaways from the show overall.  Brace yourself; we get a little nerdy with some comic book details, haha! Enjoy
