Mommy guilt is the uncomfortable feeling that pretty much every mom has experienced at some point or another, where she feels like she’s not living up to the standards of being a good mom. We have all been there at some point although we may hate to admit it. Discussing  mental health in the Latinx community. The misconceptions and lies regarding mental health that are spread and passed down through generations. Some questions we will answer are:
