It can be very challenging because we can be hard on ourselves. Sometimes, we do not see ourselves as God’s creation, so loved by Him unconditionally. In the bible, it says that love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, does not boast, it is not proud (1 Corinthians 13:4-8). If only we could see ourselves with kind eyes–like how God sees us.

Casey expounds on how to love thy self with these points: 1. Self-love Is Grace, 2. Bring It To God, and 3. Let It Go.
