I'm Jo a 56 yr young stationary nomad. I now live in a 1974 Komfort travel trailer named PennyRoyal or Penny for short in the middle of the Mojave Desert in Southern California. I've been a nomad for 6 years although not by choice. While it has been interesting I am beyond ready to settle down in a place of my own.

I've a weekly podcast called Living from the Bottom to the Top that gives a glimpse into my life along with how I am trying to achieve my goal of a mortgage free place before I turn 60.
