We are encouraged to feed on the bread on a daily basis, So that we are prepared on a daily basis to meet the needs we encounter. Prayer is the life source to the life of a disciple.

Jayne considers the story of Mary anointing Jesus with the jar of Nard, worth a year's wages, an act of worship that changed the smell of the atmosphere in the room. Our worship is more than our Singing, it is also how we live our lives.

Leah looks at Submission, through the example of Jesus submitting to His Father's will that He go the Cross.

The work of the cross was acomplished at this point rather than when He was hung on the Tree.

Jesus was in the Place of Pressing in the Garden of Gethsemane, where the Olive's were pressed so that their Oil could flow, Jesus was also pressed so that the Glory of God could be seen.
