Season 2 Episode 1 is here. We are back from our 6-month break. Lots of things to catch you up on. We start where we left off in this unforgettable summer.

Our season one finale! Dan gets a little too familiar with Ringo, David didn't read the instructions again and Anita should be covered with bubble-wrap.

We have many updates on the bees, chicken coop, Dan's bedroom door and Big News regarding this podcast.

It's the two-four episode with special guest Alex. Besides the three of us, he has put in the most hours working here. Good thing we don't have to pay him. Anita gets a few words in as she talks us through bee swarms, splitting hives and more.

Oh man, besides the usual updates on projects, David and Dan are fitted with dog zapping collars on their arms. Anita has the remotes. Who came up with this idea?

Lots going on this week. We planted many things, test drove a few things, broke one thing and even managed to fix something. A couple of Soapy Cats have also been awarded to the mystery plant winners.

D&D headed for the big city to do 5 days of paid work. Lots still going on and happening back at homesteads the last two weeks.

We finally have our first guest! Our neighbour Susy came over to have a chat with us. We grilled her on all things off-grid.

Busy time at The Hills. Some good and bad news as you will see. Progress on the new greenhouse and garden on the lower side of the property along with a bunch of updates on many things.
