After her father passed away when she was in her 40s, Nancy Jane began her work to quiet her own negative self-talk, an inner character she calls her "monger". Thankfully for us, she wrote all that down in her book, The Happier Approach: Be Kind to Yourself, Be Happier and Still Accomplish Your Goals.
