Since it's Thanksgiving let's take the time to be present in the moment. I know there's a lot going on, a lot has happened, and still more to come. However, you can make time to be present in the moment. For some of you this is hard to do because of all the distractions around you but in this episode I'm giving you actionable steps to do so. This episode is inspired by a friend of mine who decided to be present in the moment in order to show up for herself. Now I'm teaching you how to do the same.
