Living HIPP is the brand that I created about 12 years ago. HIPP stands for happy, inspired, productive, and peaceful. When I created this brand, I was going through my own transformation. I was in my early 40s and had kids at home, but they weren't babies anymore. I built this successful business, was living in a beautiful home, and was achieving so much. 

But the one little thing that I wasn't feeling too good about is that I knew I could feel better. I knew I wasn't taking the best care of myself. In fact, I knew I could do so much better. I was always prioritizing family and business. So I would take care of myself, but after family, after business and after my home.

Self Care is a big topic, and we all define it differently. For the context of Living HIPP, it is defining, designing, and curating a life where you are happy. A place where you discover what your joy is and where you create a life where you feel inspired. Self-care allows you to also be able to feel productive, whether it be at work or in your life. Self care allows you to feel at peace.
