Therefore, it's just.. not in our spiritual DNA... to live a life of practicing sin! Our lives aren't characterized by sin. Saying your life is "not characterized by sin" means that while you may still struggle with or commit individual transgressions, sin is no longer the defining pattern, lifestyle, or ruling authority of your life.

We are called to live a holy life.

Remember, we are not trying to live a holy life in order to earn salvation; living a holy life is a natural outgrowth of being saved by God’s grace and filled with His Spirit. It is also important to not give up when we mess up. When we fail, our response should be to confess the sin and keep moving forward in our Christian walk (1 John 1:9). Romans 8:1 says, “There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus who walk not after the flesh.” Let's talk more about this on the podcast!

This is one of the many reasons why people reject Jesus Christ! The Bible teaches that rejecting Jesus is the ultimate condemnation, as He is the ONLY way to salvation. Those who refuse His sacrifice, are judged by their own sins, leading to eternal separation from God and His presence.

The New Testament outlines several specific conseq#foryou #fyp #podcast #jesus #holylivinguences and spiritual realities for those who reject Jesus:

Present Condemnation: In John 3:18, Jesus states that whoever does not believe is "condemned already" because they have not believed in the Son of God.

Eternal Separation: The rejection of Christ leads to everlasting punishment and separation from God's Kingdom, as highlighted in Matthew 25:46.

Judgment by the Word: John 12:48 explains that the words Jesus spoke will act as a judge on the last day for those who reject Him.

No Other Sacrifice: Hebrews 10:26-27 warns that deliberately rejecting the truth leaves "no longer remains a sacrifice for sins," only a fearful expectation of judgment.

While the consequences of rejection are severe, the Bible also highlights God's patience not wanting any to perish! When you hear the call of God, COME! THE BIBLE TEACHES THAT ALL UNBELIEVERS WILL GO TO HELL IF THEY DO NOT REPENT! 😩

In today's episode, I'm sharing my horrifying trip to a movie theater that proved just how dark and debased the times truly are!! I had not been to a movie theater in almost a decade and it has gotten worse. I only lasted 10 minutes inside before the filth and degradation of humanity had me running towards the exit!!

I'm also discussing how many professing Christians do not like the word obedience. But obedience is the fruit, the byproduct, of our salvation. Without works (of obedience) our faith is dead as James 2:17 says! Let's talk about these things on the podcast!

Rather than isolating, believers are challenged to live out God’s standards through integrity, truth-telling, and generosity, maintaining a holy witness that points others toward Christ.

To be crooked and perverse, is to be walking a different path than the morally upright path God has called us to walk. Crooked seems to fit this description in an easily understandable way. God has called His children to live life according to His original design. God created man to live as a reflection of Him in this world. Sin moves all people to live selfish, sin motivated lives. God in Christ has restored the original intent, and we are called to live our lives for Him in this world. The unbelievers in the world are simply unable to do this. To put it more plainly, an unbeliever cannot live, act, or think like a Christian! They do not have it in them to do so. Holy Spirit is not in them, as He wasn't in us when we, too, lived as the pagans in the futility of their minds!!

All that is in the heart of an unbeliever is sin and rebellion against God. Understand what I am saying! There is absolutely nothing of value or redeemable in the heart of any person in this world! This is what makes grace so remarkable!

God did not have to love us and there was nothing loveable in us for Him to desire us! He chose to love us when we were unlovable and rebellious against Him. We were all part of this crooked and perverse generation! ...AND THEN HE RESCUED US!! Hallelujah!

Proponents and adherents of this heresy believe the "Church Age" did not begin until Paul, to whom the mysteries of the "gospel of grace" were revealed directly by Christ. Essentially, elevating Paul’s teachings and apostolic status over Christ's sovereignty and Lordship!

As we'll see from the bible, Paul NEVER calls anyone to follow him, but rather Jesus Christ!! Jesus calls His disciples to obey and follow Him. He's the Only Blessed Potentate! Heretics and apostates have long twisted doctrine to fosters their satanic beliefs ...and they're still doing it today!! Lord Jesus says approximately 20 times in the Gospels: "come, follow me" or "follow me" as a direct invitation to discipleship!

We know that grace is not a permission slip for sin, but is a teacher. We know that we fear God because we love Him and we are grateful for our salvation! Therefore, we don't live a life characterized by sin! That's not "works" unto justification, but a life long journey of sanctification: being made holy! "Faith without works of obedience is dead."

I know that's blunt, but it needs to be said! How is Jesus your Lord and Savior, if you deny His authority in your life? WHY CALL HIM LORD, IF YOU DO NOT OBEY HIM AS LORD?

💥 We have been commanded to "walk worthy of the calling with which you are called!” (Ephesians 4:1).

The command to walk worthy of our calling does not mean that we are to somehow merit or earn our position. Rather, Paul is exhorting believers to live their lives so as to prove they belong to Christ. They are to maintain a fidelity to Christ and live with integrity. True believers will display the fruit of the Spirit who lives in them (John 14:17; Galatians 5:22–23). Their daily lives match their message (the gospel), their position in Christ, and the character of Christ.

(Study: Colossians 1:10; Ephesians 2:10; 2 Timothy 1:9; Romans 8:28)

MANY professing Christians are saying, "to live a holy righteous life is impossible", if not all together inconceivable! And therefore my brothers and sisters, we have a problem. We have ourselves a huge problem because Jesus died to sin, setting us free from its clutches and penalty. So if we are constantly confessing "no one is perfect," "it's impossible to stop sinning," what you're actually saying is: the cross was not sufficient in its work. Listen, It is finished. The work that Christ came to do, He accomplished it in its entirety; in complete obedience!! So, what do you mean it's impossible to stop sinning? It's only impossible to the one who does not want to stop sinning. If you are committed to forsake sin, turn from it, and never again live a life characterized by it, it's not impossible! It may be a struggle, but one you will overcome because you are filled with God's Holy Spirit.

We are commanded to walk worthy before the Lord! THEREFORE, LIVE HOLY TODAY!

Jesus is hated and crucified. And sin is not only applauded, but defended, that world. That idolatrous evil system steeped in the Kingdom of darkness that we were delivered out of.
