Mark 16:1-8

Synopsis: What's so important about the resurrection?

Even in the unjust circumstances of the crucifixion of Christ, we can see God's saving grace and mercy in the faith of a Gentile, a devout group of women, and a Jew.

The chastening for our well-being fell upon Him, And by His scourging we are healed."

Synopsis: Facing injustice, Jesus responds without sin in fulfillment of prophecy.
