Looking at the story of the Good Samaritan, we ask ourselves two questions: 1. Are we stopping often enough? 2. Are we stopping for everybody?

James takes a moment to condemn the rich oppressors who are not living according to the principles he’s taught on in his letter so far; so we take a look a look at how to deal with harsh words in the Bible by cross-referencing them with the teachings of Jesus.

God needs to be a part of your plans. Today we can live thinking we have a long life ahead of us. Rather then count that as a blessing we begin to think that life is ours to determine. God calls us to live in light of His plans.
