In Proverbs 1:8-19 we see the good gift of godly parents. In our conclusion of the passage we see that in order to be wise, the young must listen to their parents instruction. We see the danger in other voices and the life that comes from leaning into Mom and Dad.

Our words are fleeting, but their significance is lasting.

Proverbs 26 4-5 we see how to respond to foolishness

Proverbs 5. We look at the high cost of sexual sin and the solution that God provides for his poeple.

Proverbs 13:20

1. The result of wise companions is wisdom.

2. The result of foolish companions is harm.

3. Be a wise companion.

4. Evaluate your companions.

5. Our forever faithful friend.

Proverbs 6:6-11

Proverbs 18:12

In this passage, we see the danger of seeing beauty mainly through the external lens, and the freeing truth of seeing beauty through God's perspective, which is of inward love and trust.

Covetousness will destroy your life. Contentment will give you life.
