Pastor Les kicks off an interlude to our series in the Gospel of John: a three part series in the book of Daniel called "Faithful Living In A Foreign Land." In this series, we will learn important principles for living as faithful followers of Jesus in this world.

This first sermon in "Faithful Living In A Foreign Land" covers Daniel 1. Some (perhaps most) people are apprehensive when faced with the possibility of changes in life. However, when it comes to catastrophic change, very few would say, "Bring it on!" But when we view change in light of understanding God’s providence and love for us, his children, then perhaps we can be more willing to embrace change.

Pastor Dooba continues our series in the Gospel of John called "That You May Believe" from John 11:28-44. This is the second of a two part series on Jesus raising Lazarus from the dead. In this part we look at the last two of four scenes in this story. The first scene showcases Jesus' emotions, how He grieves with us in our sorrow and desires to comfort us. Pastor Les (unexpectedly) continues our series in the Gospel of John called "That You May Believe." Pastor Dooba and his wife welcomed thier second child into the world yesterday. This was a little earlier than expected, but thanks to the goodness of God both mother and child are happy and healthy. 

Today, in John 8:48-59, we conclude Jesus' time in the temple at the Feast of Tabernacles. As Jesus dialogues with the Jewish leaders, He makes clear to them what He can offer and that they should respond with joy! But how do they respond instead? By picking up rocks to stone Him...
