Jesus sends out the twelve disciples on their first ministry journey without him. In his sending instructions we can see principles that we can apply to ourselves as we too are sent into the world proclaiming the good news of Jesus.

Jesus returns to his hometown of Nazareth. This is his second trip back home, and like his first (Luke 4), he is rejected by the people of Nazareth that he spent the first 30 years of his life. In their rejection of Jesus, we hear a warning for us, to not allow familiarity with Jesus lead us unbelief in Jesus. Listen as we study Mark 6:1-6
