In Mark chapter 13 we have the longest teaching section that Mark records. As Jesus looks towards the future and what his disciples will face as they live in a world full of chaos in turmoil he sees wars, rumors of wars, famines, earthquakes, persecution and tribulation. But what he sees as the greatest danger is that in the midst of these will come false prophets and christs, temptations to recant faith, and anxiety that causes his followers to shut their mouths instead of proclaiming the gospel.
Join as we hear Jesus' call his disciples to be on guard, not to be anxious, and to make sure that they are not led astray.
