Meet Sophie Wilksch, an extraordinary woman who many years ago heard the call of the building site and decided to turn away from her architectural degree and up tools instead. Her dream became to empower others through the practical skills of carpentry, opening up an all-inclusive workspace project called Shedding.
What was it like to be a cycling woman in a very masculine and very physical environment? Did she have to fit in with the fellas and their endocrine systems or was it a space to educate them about hers? How tuned in was Sophie herself to her own fluctuations and what was the powerful space in which she learned more about her own body?
Inside every single woman is an extraordinary symphony of hormones; brain and ovaries constantly whispering to each other, to maintain a delicate calibration of one of the most intricate and important systems in the human body. This communication network impacts energy, mood, creativity, interaction, digestion, libido, clarity and so much more but for most women it's simply happening as a consequence of being woman, rather than something we've been taught to wield to our highest advantage. In this episode Tahlia and Lissie, Living Hormoniously's founders, guide you to the path of greatest potential, a path where you step inline with your own system and begin to deconstruct everything you've ever thought or known about this most incredible aspect of you.
