Recently, I did a Kambo ceremony. Kambo is technically a type of 'plant medicine'- although it is derived from a specific type of frog in the Amazon.
In the last couple of weeks since my ceremony, I've gotten a lot of questions about Kambo regarding what it is used for, why I chose to do it, and what my experience has been like... so I decided to do a podcast episode about it to answer everything in one place.
Enjoy the episode, and let me know if you have any questions.

I was so blown away by my live conversation with Nick Bramble on last week's Power Hour.
I had tears running down my face for the rest of the night…
After the call, I received a message from Paul Hutchings, one of the cofounders of the Home Business Academy.
Our conversation went like this:
Paul: Excellent job tonight. I literally teared up several times. So inspired by you guys and how this has all come together.
Me: I loved hearing from Nick… I'm hopeful that it will help a lot of people to be able to share the HBA and the 30 Minute Workday in a whole new way. I'm so proud to be here.
Paul: It will for sure. Looking in his eyes and hearing his sincerity, makes you believe in a whole new way.
Me: Still crying, in gratitude. Thank you for creating a home for all of us. You have no idea how grateful I am for you.
Paul: And I for you Amy! For your trust, belief and leadership. We can be the change (and we are).
I'm so unbelievably grateful to be surrounded by people like Nick Bramble and Paul Hutchings and Mike Hobbs, and to be a part of a community of heart centered people who are tired of the 'biz op BS' and are truly up to being the change.
I want to share this replay with you.
I am hopeful that it will help you see some things in a whole new way.
I am hopeful that it will give you some perspective as to why I am moved to tears on a regular basis by what we are creating together here, and how this is truly different than ANYTHING you've ever seen or been a part of before.
Listen to the conversation and hear the vision of the 30 Minute Workday directly from Nick Bramble in this video. Let me know if you have any questions or if I can help you in any way.

Last week, I posted a video on TikTok that now, one week later has 105,800 views and 11,100 likes and 80 comments.
What's funny is that this video was something I didn't really put any thought into.
I volunteer at my daughter's school store on Fridays, and I had only sold $1 worth of stuff that day, so I decided to make a TikTok… mostly because I was bored.
I made a quick video (TikTok videos are typically 15 seconds long), posted it, and didn't think much of it.
But, by the time I got home, there were already thousands of views and hundreds of likes on my video.
From there, the views and likes and comments kept growing so fast.
The next day I went bowling with my daughter's basketball team and the kids (and parents) were coming up to me talking about the video. They had all seen it and one of the kids was telling me that it had already been shared 40+ times, that many of her friends had shared it on their stories.
The funny thing is, I'm really not sure why that video went viral. It was nothing special, in my opinion.
And now, a week later, it's still getting lots of views and likes and comments.
It's been a fun experience to watch it happen… and I've learned a lot from it, too.
Here are some of the lessons I've learned from my viral TikTok video.

The thought of taking risks brings up negative emotions for many/most of us.
Deep down, we all fear failure, rejection, change, and uncertainty.
When we think about taking a risk, our innate fight/flight response kicks in and we often get stopped dead in our tracks.
BUT, unless we are willing to take risks in life (sometimes big ones), we will end up living in our comfort zones without ever really knowing what we are truly capable of or what is on the other side of the fear.
In this episode, I share a morning routine that I use that significantly changes the way I feel when I start my day. These 5 simple steps, when followed daily, will have a positive impact on your life and the way that you feel when you begin each day.
This is a free flowing, completely unscripted episode of my podcast. I just wanted to speak to you from my heart to explain some of the changes that are taking place on my blog and my podcast.
