I used to suffer from Busy Sickness.
I was so busy rushing through life - speeding at times - to get to something.
Now I can’t even think what I was so busy rushing to.
That “busy” period of my life is a blurrrrrrrrrrr for me.
Looking back, I was addicted to being busy.
And I see now, in society, it’s become a badge of honor to say you are busy and then, if you are not, there must be something wrong with you.
My husband, Mike, used to say to me “Tessa, stop and smell the roses.”
It used to really annoy me. Couldn't he see how busy I was?
I’d get around to it when I’d got through all the busyness.
Then I’d be able to stop and smell the roses.
Then I’d be able to enjoy life.
Then I’d be able to do all those things with him.
But until then …….. busy, busy, busy ….

I am a bit of an expert on what it looks like when you are not Living in High Vibration, when you are Living in Low Vibration.
That was me for many years after my husband, Mike, died from brain cancer.
I can tell you from experience that when you are Living in Low Vibration, you are contracting and your life is contracting.
Whereas, when you are Living in High Vibration, you are expansive and your life is expansive.
I can also tell you that when you are Living in Low Vibration, you are not free to live a happy, healthy, enchanted life. It's just not possible.
Whereas, when you are Living in High Vibration you are free to live a happy, healthy, enchanted life.

I was interviewed the other week and was asked if it is better to ignore the negative, the bad stuff that is going on in the world right now, and just focus on the positive, the good stuff.
Just be all love and light.
My answer was very much a NO.
Ignoring the negative is a threat to your leading a happy, healthy, enchanted life.
Actually, ignoring the negative is a threat to you, your family, your friends, everyone.
You absolutely need to be “negative” sometimes.
And in fact, looking at the negative can be inspirational and can lead to your living a happier, healthier, and more enchanted life.

During an appointment with Mike’s oncologist, for his brain cancer, I asked what sort of foods Mike should be eating. What should his diet be?
The oncologists reply was: “Anything - even McDonalds.”
Anything!!
I was totally flabbergasted and I’ll be telling you why.

By the way, with respect to what the oncologist said, I ignored it and followed this recommended food diet instead.

It took losing my husband, Mike, to brain cancer in 2013, and the events of 2020 and 2021, for me to realise that:

Two weeks ago, quite out of the blue, I was rejected by someone who I thought was a friend.
It came out of nowhere. No explanation, no clues. I was just cut off. It was as if I no longer existed. I became invisible.
I was judged and found guilty of I do not know what.
I think the modern term for this is “ghosting.” Yes, I was ghosted.
Well it hit me hard.
I thought they were a friend.
I aspire to Live in High Vibration but it was the unexpectedness of this rejection, and the way that it was done, that took the wind out of my sails - it flattened me.
It flattened me and it took control of me.
It also took its toll physically which resulted in tiredness, dizziness and a few other things.
Roll forward a couple of weeks, I am grateful that it happened.
I am grateful for what I learned from it and for what I can now share with you.
