Let's talk about our state of mind, shall we. It seems like there's tragedy and trauma all around us everyday. We've gotten better at talking out loud about mental health, but how are we really? We talk about being better communicators when we are unwell and better partners when our friends and loved ones are suffering. We hope you listen today and find that you are not alone.

It is time we close our mouths and start to listen.

We need to accept that we really don't know.

It is time we start listening to each other again.

It is time for us to get outside of our four corners & see each other.

We chat about how we've been pretty bad listeners lately. We are longing for certainty in a world of constant chaos and unrest. What is we found peace in the chaos by living in the unknown; in the and? It is time we stop talking and start listening.

Have you ever noticed that most churches don't have windows? What about how the church wants members to serve within its four walls and not outside of that space? What about programs? Oh, the programs. While none of these things are wrong or bad, we chat about the need to get outside out four walls and live in the and: in community with those outside of the church.
