Driven by a lifelong passion for exploration and sustainability, he decided to focus on the space industry two years ago after several successful exits in different tech businesses. At Karman+ Teun and his team are well on their way to launch what Teun calls the Regolith Age - an era where we increasingly build and power our orbital and off-planet economy with resources extracted from asteroids. Tasmanian Daniel Faber is the founder & CEO of OrbitFab, focused on solving a very important problem - how to refuel satellites and other assets in space. Up to now everything put into orbit ultimately becomes space junk. A propellant supply chain in space is a critical enabler to a dynamic space economy.

Daniel is an engineer and entrepreneur with over 25 years in space technology. His goal is to create permanent jobs in space. Emil and I met in October during a discussion on longevity in Berlin. In this discussion we explore his work on human cryopreservation and the role the technology might play in helping people time travel to a future where critical ailments might have remedy. Futuristic stuff indeed, but this is actually happening.
