A raw take, but better that way. It's time to make changes, and to dispense with some life circumstances that leave me feeling less able to embrace beauty.

The journey so far, sometimes so harrowing, sometimes so dark, but all of it, so worth every damn second.

The Key to your Home.

I miss being amongst people.  The bustle of the airport.  The energy of the nightclub.  The lovely conversational noise of many coffeeshop conversations.

A quick update on my latest move, work life and what I'm doing to maintain some sanity in these trying times.

So, why do I do these podcasts?  Well, it's for the same reason I used to make mixtapes back in the 80s.

A short story about a first in my life.  We all have many firsts, some more embarrassing than others.  Most of my firsts are a full-on face-plant.  

Vulnerability and failure - these are words we use often these days when talking about personal growth, but what's the real meaning?  Can you really be vulnerable without first understanding the consequences?
