Do you sometimes suffer from mind wandering, procrastination or from not being able to meditate? In this video I explain a method to live in the "Here and Now" which is a good meditation method. The "Here and Now" is about letting go anger and anxiety and to concentrate on the current moment. That means to focus, what's actually going on. It sounds easy, but it isn't. For the first times when you try it, for your mind this kind of monotony will appear unbearable. But the more often you learn to relax in the moment you will get it :) And at the end you will be able to enjoy the nature again,  as you maybe could when you were a child.
