Have you been spending too much time in the past? What happens if that we spend too much time in the past we get too caught up in what happened versus living in the present and working on the future.

You end up getting in the habit of saying...

"I used to do this...or I used to do that!"

Do you also look at what you haven't achieved?

Then give yourself a hard time about it!

In this episode we are going to look at how to get ourselves out of the past and into the working on the present and the future.

What we know is this:

  • *You can't change the past
  • * You can learn from the past

    • You can change the future!!!

    By working in the present to create your future.

    Questions to Answer:

    1. Write out what are the lessons that you learned from the past?

      2. The Good lessons?
      The Bad lessons?

    2. Are there good lessons that you can use to build your future?

      3. if so what are the lessons?

    3. Are there bad lessons that you can use to build your future?

      4. if so what are the lessons?

    4. What can you start working on today to give you the future you really want?

      5. NO MORE PAST

      STAY IN THE PRESENT TO CREATE YOUR FUTURE!
