  1. Identify the obstacles:
  1. What are you avoiding or procrastinating about doing?
  • How are you compromising to make others happy?
  • Where are you afraid to lose control?
  • Who are you avoiding having a hard (but honest) talk with?
  • Why are you not meeting your own expectations?
  • Living ingeniously means facing adversity as a challenge to overcome instead of a signal you don't deserve to have an experience.
  • Think about the possible, not the obstacle
