What if we questioned the things we’ve been taught to believe are true?
In this episode, I use a seemingly ridiculous question — are chickens dinosaurs? — to explore something much bigger: how we decide what is true in the first place. What happens when we revisit a “truth” we’ve accepted, look at the context behind it, and ask whether it still holds true?
Because maybe truth isn’t always as simple or as absolute as we’ve been taught to believe. And sometimes, the most interesting questions are the ones that make us stop and rethink what we thought we already knew.

After a weekend celebrating friendship, love, and new beginnings, I found myself reflecting on the insecurities we carry — even when we seem like we have it all together. In this episode, I explore the question of whether we truly need to fix ourselves, or if the real work is learning to love and accept the person we’ve been all along.

"A friend said something to me about a year ago that I haven't been able to stop thinking about.
We were talking about life, and she looked at me and said,
'Well... not everybody can be as positive as you.'
And for some reason, it felt like a punch in the gut.
Not because I thought she was wrong...
But because it made me wonder...
Is positivity really a personality trait? Or is it a choice?"

A raw reflection on indecision, anxiety, mental overload, and the pressure to get everything “right.” In this episode, I explore how trying to control outcomes keeps us stuck, why even small decisions can feel overwhelming, and how taking action — imperfectly — may be the only way forward.

A reflection on the question “Who am I?” and how identity is shaped by our past, our roles, and the stories we’ve carried for years.
Through personal experiences with belonging, control, and self-discovery, this episode explores what happens when you stop trying to “find yourself” and start choosing who you want to become.
