Living Inspired

From publishing a novel to inspiring readers, Corie Adjmi shares the lessons she’s learned about courage, purpose, and staying true to yourself. This conversation is a reminder that one person’s story can make a lasting impact.

In the very first episode of Living Inspired, I sat down with my good friend, neighbor, and mentor Lydia Ezon. Lydia spoke about all the different challenges that come up throughout middle school and high school, and how to overcome them with a positive mindset, momentum, and inspiration.

Hi! My name is Annette Mizrahi, and I am a 2026 high school graduate. Throughout my four years of high school, I learned, grew, and found inspiration in the people around me. Their guidance, experiences, and encouragement helped shape me into the person I am today.

As I reflected on my journey, I realized how important it was to have positive influences—people who had already "been there, done that"—to help navigate life's challenges and uncertainties. I also realized that current, incoming, and post-high schoolers need that same kind of support and guidance.

That's why I created Living Inspired. This platform is designed to connect you with positive influences and real stories when you're not sure where to turn. Together, we'll explore topics such as mental and physical health, body image and self-confidence, friendships, life transitions, self-discovery, and so much more.

My hope is that the advice, experiences, and perspectives shared by each guest will resonate with you, inspire you, and make a meaningful impact on your life. No matter where you are in your journey, I want you to know that you're not alone—and that there is always something valuable to learn from those who have walked a similar path before you.
