You don't have to take over thinking analyzing & fixating into this new year! If you allow it they can keep your mind so busy you'll actually be avoiding what needs to be done. It's an addiction of sorts. We've both struggled with it and still can. Today we offer suggestions as to how to get beyond it. John 14:27

Stay encouraged. Good can come from it even though you may not see it now. It's "suffering." It has many faces. Two of which are the loss of an addiction or of a loved one. Some see them as one and the same. You'll find encouragement today as we talk about both and how to move on. Genesis 35:19-21
