Whew Who is Friday! "Let the words of my mouth, & the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, my redeemer." Psalm 19:14 Words r powerful! From the difficult to control tongue they create phrases to shape thoughts & lives like, "sticks & stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me" which couldn't be further from the truth. Hear why saying the scripture phrase above is your best defense to build others up this weekend instead of tearing them down.

When beginning again Thursday....."It" doesn't have to be the end! "It" is rejection. We have all experienced it. Some more than others. There are lots of causes for it but it doesn't have to be the end. Today we will discuss how to let it springboard you into beginning again. Luke 10:10-11

When beginning again Thursday.....Don’t Take It Personal! Does a wrong look, tone or mood from someone rattle you? Chances are it has more to do with what their insides and not your outside. If extreme sensitivity is your battle we will help you understand it so you can get passed it. Isaiah 43:1
