Whew Who it's Friday!!

No one has to be a slave to temptations power. No matter the addiction, obsession or compulsion it’s possible to be free when our thinking changes about it! I Corinthians 10:12-14

When beginning again today....

Do you have fear of criticism from others? This can paralyze us from doing God’s will. But rest assured. As long as you are doing what you know to be what God wants you to do, He will come to your defense.

the Bible, just saying it takes root in our hearts and helps endure difficult times. Ecclesiastes 3:1-8

Beginning again today......How we respond to "life" is just as important as what we go through. Thankfully we have choices and being happy is one of them. Today we discuss the choice to be happy and the pursuit of it. Matthew 6:25-34

It's that time again: Football Season! Excitement is generating and grown men will be watching the game, wearing their team's jersey while yelling and going nuts!. I love watching the game too but it had become and idol to me. Grab some chips and listen how to keep the love of the game from taking priority over your love for Christ. Whew Who it's Friday!!!

Find the humor in today! It helps detach our minds from the days difficulties. Today we are going have some laughs and discuss finding humor when we are tempted to have a gloomy view of life.

When beginning again Thursday...

Acceptance. It doesn’t mean we condole a situation. It means we accept the FACT “OF” the situation. That it exists. THEN we can decide what to do about it. But whats most important is that we not let any situation affect our relationship with God and that's what we discuss today. Matthew 19:26

When beginning again Wednesday....

Peace of mind comes when we choose to trust our "loving" God, connect ourselves with His guidance and release the control (we "think" we have) to Him.

This frees us to go forward and and allows others to do the same.

I Peter 5:7

When beginning again Tuesday....

Ready for a situation to stop getting worse? Try not forcing a solution.

It's God who iis large and in charge! So when you are tempted to make attempts that others aren’t ready for, STOP and focus on what God has for you to be doing instead, whether others do or not. Matthew 19:36

When beginning again Monday.....

Thankfully Jesus made a way for us to take the “dys” out of function so we can live and function as God intended in the first place.
