So if you want to be pleasant to be around, go for a walk, read good book, get a great night's sleep. God wants us to develop a lifestyle of habit of self love. i-Phone, i-Mac, Face book, i-Pad, etc... Are we only serving "self" instead of others! Technology is amazing and is used for many incredible applications especially this time of year. But it can never be a substitute for one BASIC human need. The physical touch between people.

It's Testimony Tuesday! If you or someone you know is spending the holidays with someone battling Alzheimer's disease, today's episode offers hope and encouragement. We share our first hand experience with my late mother's 7 year battle and will also hear from 2 guests, Shelly Long, Program Director of the North Texas Alzheimer's Association and our friend Melinda Brock whose father was diagnosed in June.
