Are you offering help or interference? Your intentions may be good, but by your actions are you communicating a lack of faith in someone's ability or a lack of trust to let go and rely upon God? Isaiah 50:10 "Let him trust in the name of the Lord and rely upon his God."

A humble, teachable spirit admits to limits so the answers can come through! It doesn't sound too glamorous and not much fun. BUT if you are tired of doing the same things you did this time last year and getting the same results, you gotta have one.
