Not only will you be able to give love and take care of others you'll be someone they want to be around. Go for a walk, read good book, SLEEP, and above all spend time in worship and God's word. He wants us to develop a lifestyle of habit of self love. Today we discuss why this is such a challenge for many of us to do not just at Thanksgiving time but all the time. If you find yourself obsessing over your plans for Thanksgiving this week let it go! Those fixated thoughts are warring for your attention so you can’t experience God’s activity in your life and what you have to be grateful for! Nothing is worth your awareness of Him and His love for you. Luke 10:38-42

Hope is a soft place to land when the world is so different than what it used to be! Hope gives you back your joy and is a reminder to all of us that we are willing to keep on keeping on! Do your part and make plans but don't plan the outcome. Pray and do all you know to do and trust that whatever the outcome it will be God's will. "We can make our plans, but the LORD determines our steps." Proverbs 16:9
